Terms
These terms apply to the Levati app and to Levati Pro. Levati is provided by outperform GmbH, Sömmerlistrasse 14, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland. Contact: support@levatiapp.com.
What Levati is
Levati is a menu bar app for macOS 27 and later. It shrinks images and videos on your Mac and comes with helpers for sound, PDF, capture and displays. Your files stay on your Mac; what the app sends over the network is listed in the privacy policy.
Trial month and free tier
From the first launch, Levati works without limits for 30 days. After that, 30 shrunk images per calendar month stay free, and the allowance starts over on the 1st of each month. Automatic mode, video, capture, sound, display and PDF are then part of Levati Pro. Undo, settings and updates stay in every tier.
Buying through Paddle
Levati Pro is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as reseller. Paddle takes the payment, handles sales tax and sends the invoice. Your purchase contract is with Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. The key, the app and support come from us.
Levati Pro
- Price: USD 19, once. Paddle shows the amount in your currency, tax included.
- Updates: twelve months from purchase. After that, the last version from that period keeps working forever.
- Renewal: USD 12 for twelve more months of updates, any time. Renew before the end and the twelve months follow on; otherwise they start on the day you renew.
- Macs: one key works on up to 3 Macs. "Release this Mac" in the settings, License group, frees a place.
- Activation: once online per Mac. After that Levati checks the license offline; a purchased app never locks because there is no connection.
- Use: personal and professional.
Not allowed
Sharing, selling or publishing a key, and getting around the license check. We may block a key that is clearly being misused.
Refunds
14 days from purchase, no questions asked. How it works is under Refunds.
Your files
When Levati shrinks a file, it replaces it in place and moves the original to the Trash. Undo brings it back as long as it is there. Levati is not a backup: keep your files backed up as well, for example with Time Machine.
Warranty and liability
We build Levati with care, but we do not promise that it runs without errors or that every file gets smaller. Sound, display and capture rely on macOS interfaces and can change with a macOS update. To the extent the law allows, we are liable only for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law are not affected.
Changes
If these terms change, your purchase is governed by the version in force on the day you bought.
Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, unless mandatory law gives you as a consumer a different one.
