Refunds

If Levati Pro is not for you, you get your money back: within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. This applies to the purchase and to every renewal.

How it works

Write to support@levatiapp.com from the email address you bought with. We start the refund at Paddle. You can also ask Paddle directly: on paddle.net with the order number from your invoice, under "Request refund".

What happens next

Paddle pays the amount back to the payment method you used; depending on your bank, this takes a few days. Once a purchase is refunded, we block the key.

Your rights

Rights the law gives you, such as the right of withdrawal in the EU, are not affected.
